HIGH CAPACITY SUPER BARREL AND
RACK PRODUCTION
Super barrel
automatic zinc plating systems allow
MFT to process in excess of 80,000
pounds daily. This means that fasteners,
stampings, springs, eyelets or other
components go through our high-volume
processing system without unnecessary
reloading of parts or chemicals. The
automatic rack plating system offers
an alternative to those components
that are not conducive to bulk plating
processes or that may have special
handling requirements.

ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE
Metal Technologies, Inc. can provide processing of
parts utilizing chemistries which are hexavalent-free (trivalent). The use of
these chromates eliminates the toxicity that is associated with hexavalent chromium.
Trivalent chemistries also reduce the specialized waste treatment process required
for hexavalent chromium and exemplify MFT’s continual quest to minimize
the environmental impact of its processes.
